All Purpose Mix, Brown Mix, Coconut Flour,

All Purpose Gluten-Free Mix

This convenient general purpose flour mix can be used as a substitute for wheat flour for cooking or baking. Cakes, Breads, Crepes, Muffins, pizza dough… it will be able to handle them all! It is made with a nutritious blend of grain and bean flours:

  • Potato Flour
  • Rice Flour
  • Tapioca Flour
  • Chickpea Flour 

Excellent for thickening sauces, soups and stews. Also ideal for use in cooking or baking. Xanthan gum is also included in the ingredients and acts as a binding agent; however a raising agent should still be used in baking.

All Purpose Brown Flour Mix

This convenient flour is made up from exactly the same ingredients than the all purpose mix, except that it contains 4% added flaxseed powder. This flour is therefore also a great allrounder that will provide a pleasant nuttier flavour to freshly baked bread or pizza base. The flaxseed powder also adds fibre which is often deficient in a gluten free diet.

Coconut Flour

Coconut flour is made up of ground, dried and defatted coconut meat. It is naturally gluten-free, high in fiber and nutrients, low in digestible carbohydrates and calories. Some of the many health benefits of coconut flour include its high levels of healthy saturated fats in the form of medium chain fatty acids.

This versatile flour can be used as an alternative to wheat flour for cooking or baking but for best results and textures, we recomend to replace only up to 30% of the other flours with coconut flours
